For a number of years, we have played host to two of the largest automotive Swap Meets in the Intermountain region. Back by popular demand, the Thrifty Nickel Fall Swap Meet is set for this Saturday, September 21.

Vendor set-up starts no later than 2 pm (or likely earlier should the line up of vendors reach Highway on Friday, Sept. 20, continuing until 6:30 pm. You can also register for a spot at the raceway on Saturday morning beginning at 7:30 am. Space is assigned on a first arrival basis. All registration is conducted at the raceway when you arrive (no advance registration).

A 10′ x 20′ vendor space runs $25. Buyer’s are $8, Seniors $7, 6-12 $3 and 5 & under are free. If you plan to race your car, truck, street machine, bike or sled, a tech card runs $35. The event will also offer racing in Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman and Sled/Bike.

Additional racing classes offered on Saturday include:

King Kong 100 MPH Runoff (open to 2019 qualifiers. If you’re not yet qualified, you can qualify at this event on 9/21)

  • One handicapped bracket class will be offered for any Street Machine and/or Sport Compact qualifier.

Time trials will get underway at 10 am on Saturday, while first round of race action kicks off at 2 pm. For those testing, we will offer a test block after every rotation throughout the morning and afternoon.
