The Summit E.T. Finals attracted over 550 entries from fourteen northwest member tracks. Team Firebird attended with 62 racers, finishing 6th overall in the final team standings. The event took place at Woodburn Dragstrip in Woodburn, Oregon.
Firebird’s top finisher following four days of action was Chris Jaggers. On Sunday, Jaggers was runner-up competing against Dale Green (Team Pacific) in the Super Pro final. Both Duston Wurtz and Steve Kelly earned third round finishes in Super Pro, too. In Pro, Carl Youngstrom survived until round four, while both Joe Witherspoon and Sean Shaffer stayed in until round three. In Sportsman, Glen Phillips had his day end in round three. The top finishing Jr. Dragster was Hannah VanderMeer who was defeated in fourth round action.
