Double the Action: Two Events Coming to Firebird on Saturday, September 6!
It’s a “double-header” day and night of racing fun at Firebird this Saturday, September 6! Fans and racers alike will have the chance to enjoy two exciting events in one day—the Fall High School, Alumni & Street Series Drags during the morning/afternoon, followed by the adrenaline-charged Midnight Grudge Drags presented by Idaho CDL Training once the sun goes down.
Daytime Racing – Fall High School, Alumni & Street Series Drags
Saturday marks the highly anticipated return of the Fall High School & Alumni Drags, alongside rounds of the Street Legal Series. Morning and afternoon sessions will also feature open testing for racers looking to fine-tune their setups.
Classes scheduled for competition include:

- Alumni
- Outlaw Street
- Street Truck
- Factory Muscle
- Super Shifter
- Street Bike
- Junior Dragster
- Junior Street
- Open Test Session (morning/afternoon)
Plus, racers will have the opportunity to earn a spot in the exclusive 100 MPH Club during both events.
Nighttime Thrills – Midnight Grudge Drags
Once the sun sets, Firebird transforms into a whole new atmosphere for the Midnight Grudge Drags. Gates open at 7:00 pm, with grudge heats taking place from 8:00 pm until midnight. Whether you’re behind the wheel or cheering from the stands, the night promises plenty of fast-paced, head-to-head racing excitement.
