Pre-Nightfire Warm-Up Set for Saturday, July 31, at Firebird!

The countdown is on! With the 54th Annual Nightfire Nationals presented by Bi-Mart right around the corner, Firebird is heating things up with the Pre-Nightfire Warm-Up, happening Saturday, July 19.

This pivotal race offers racers a prime opportunity to compete and makes runs ahead of Firebird’s biggest weekend of the summer. From AA/Fuel Dragsters and Funny Cars to Pro Mods, Jet Cars, and more, the Nationals promises an unforgettable spectacle—and it all starts with this essential prelude to the Nightfire.

Whether you’re dialing in a bracket car, a street machine, a motorcycle or anything in between, this race is open to all comers. Early parking and tech will be available by 9:00 am (or earlier if needed), with time trials beginning at noon and round one at 5 pm.

Saturday’s race also marks the third stop in the four-race NHRA Division 6 Land of the Leaders Challenge in SP, P, SM, SB, JD and JSTR. Good luck!
