It’s time for one final “BLAST” down the Firebird quarter-mile. NOTE: originally set for Sunday, the Last Blast has moved one day earlier to Saturday, October 29th. The forecast for dry weather is much better Saturday (not Sunday), the main reason behind our schedule revision.
You owe it to yourself, your friends, your family and everyone else that calls Firebird their home track to come on out and celebrate the final day of racing this season.
Better yet – the New Crew is offering $1 Beer (as a token of our appreciation for all the fans and friends who support Firebird), $1 Hot Dogs and .50 cent Pepsi drinks. There’s reason enough to make your way out to the raceway.
Plus we’re offering open testing and unlimited grudge racing starting at 11 am and continuing until 4 pm. That’s five solid hours of fun for any of you that might have a car or truck, bike or sled or anything else for that matter.
Gates will open at 9 am. A test card runs $30 (plus $7 for your number). An adult pit-side admission is $12, kids 6-12 $3 and 5 & under free.
The next time we’ll be open for racing or testing will be early April of 2017, so don’t miss one final chance to crank it to the max!
