Congratulations to both Kevin Griffiths, Fruitland, and Ralph Van Paepeghem, Garden Valley. Both Idaho racers scored victories at the 33rd Annual Sonoma Nationals on July 25, 2021, in  Sonoma, California.

Griffiths scored his first NHRA national event victory in the Super Gas category. Driving his bright red `27 Ford roadster, Kevin defeated Ryan Giacone in the final.

Van Paepeghem also earned his first national event title by winning Comp. The veteran racer, defeated Tony Mandella in the final round.
