The Boise Muffler Gold Cup chase presented by NAPA Auto Parts kicks into high gear on the first of two days of racing with the 38th Annual Kendall Auto Group Hot Truck Nationals. The full day race `n show is Saturday, May 2.

Racing will be contested in Gold Cup classes, along Pro Truck, Street Truck and the return of the C-10 class for trucks 1960-1987 (no box classes are open to slicks/DOT/Street Tires, and be muffled or unmuffled). All three classes are handicapped bracket categories with awards up for grabs. Street Truck premium points will be available to all track competitors (note: 31 pts. awarded in St. Truck for any class you might wish to compete in).

In addition to all of Firebird’s Gold Cup divisions (Super Pro, Pro, Sled/Bike, Sportsman, Nostalgia, Jr. Dragster and Jr. Street), the Comfort Source Pro Comp eliminator will kick off its point’s series on both Sat (qualifying) and Sun (eliminations).

Thanks to Neil Ramey at Neil’s Rod & Custom, several Truck classes that participate in the show and race will benefit from added bonus bucks, along with special event awards .
